Hello! Please fill out this form for access to the BFC Seminar and Student Meeting Rooms! Room reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a room reservation is made after 4 PM on Friday for a reservation that same weekend, we will not be able to accommodate your request. Requests will be answered during regular business hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Requests received over the weekend will be answered on the Monday following.
The seminar & student meeting room can only be reserved by BFC students. You will receive a confirmation email from a College Aide or staff member regarding your request when it has been approved.
By reserving the space, you agree to report any damage to the space to the HoC office or you will be held responsible as the last person to use the space.
