Hello! The dance studio can only be reserved by Framklin/Murray students. You will receive a confirmation email from a College Aide or staff member regarding your request when it has been approved.
IMPORTANT: Please come to the office the day of your reservation from 9am - 5pm to get swiped into the space by a College Aide. Depending on how much in advance your submit your reservation, access may be added to your ID. In the occasion you borrow an access card, it must be returned immediately after your reservation in the slot box outside the HoC office. If you do not return the access card after your reservation, your privileges to use reservable spaces in the College will be revoked for four weeks and if you lose the access card, there will be a $25 fine.
Students are limited to three (3) recurring reservations for each request. They must re-reserve the space after the three (3) recurring reservations. Students are limited to no more than 3 hours per week for dance studio reservations. By reserving the space, you agree to report any damage to the space to the HoC office or you will be held responsible as the last person to use the space.
